We use AI-assisted tools to generate motion. All output is reviewed by a human editor before delivery. Your uploaded photographs are processed solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned film.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers (secure cloud storage, payment processors, email/WhatsApp platforms) necessary to deliver our service. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

• Commission records: retained for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Uploaded photography: deleted 90 days after final delivery unless you request earlier deletion or enter an ongoing partnership
• Enquiry records: deleted 2 years after submission if no commission proceeds

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cinematic Estate website and the commissioning of property films and related services. By using our website or submitting a commission, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Our Service

Cinematic Estate creates cinematic property films from professional listing photography provided by you. We do not conduct on-site filming. Our service combines AI-assisted motion generation with human editorial review, scoring, sequencing, and colour grading.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are commissioning on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Content You Provide

You retain full ownership of all photographs and materials you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your commissioned film.

You warrant that:

• You own the rights to all uploaded content, or have permission from the rights holder
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Your Content is lawful and not misleading

We want you to be confident presenting our work to your sellers.

If, after receiving the final unmarked film, you genuinely believe it is not presentable to your seller, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund.

This guarantee does not apply where:

• The film has already been published or distributed
• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
• The concern arises from changes to the property or listing after delivery

8. Revisions

One round of revisions is included with every commission. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of preview delivery and should relate to tone, pacing, sequencing, or specific frames. Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Our standard delivery for a watermarked preview is 48 hours from receipt of suitable photography. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Late, incomplete, or unsuitable photo submissions
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Revisions extending beyond the included round

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinematic Estate's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific commission in question.

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages
• The sale or non-sale of the property
• Third-party platform rejections (e.g., portal formatting issues)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cinematic Estate operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith.
